Product Description
Hotblocks are made from clean recycled wood. They are extremely dry and more dense than logs. This means that they burn hotter and longer than seasoned logs. They are also cleaner and easier to handle. Unlike logs the convenient rectangular shape means stacking and storage is really easy and efficient, so they take up very little space compared to logs. (They can easily be stored inside the house if needed!)
Hotblocks come in weather resistant packs of 24. A full pallet contains 50 packs totalling 1200 blocks.

Due to my living in a fairly inaccessible site there were teething problems with delivery but this was soon overcome and a smaller lorry was dispatched with the load. This is the first time I have tried this sort of product, I usually buy hardwood logs from local suppliers. Unfortunately they have all raised their prices considerably so as I am extremely " eco conscious " I decided to give this supplier a go after reading some good write ups on this and similar products. I am very pleased with the blocks.They are very compressed and quite a lot heavier than I imagined, and once they catch they burn steadily for about the same time as a hardwood log, also burning down to a fine ash as opposed to the inevitable charcoal lumps that tend to remain from wood. I am hoping the full pallet load is going to last me for all the winter period and if it does it will be a very economical alternative especially considering the re - use of a waste product. I also found they were packed extremely well, against the weather and they are much easier to handle as so uniform in size/shape. Very happy and satisfied and warm customer. JC

they are abit messy as the saw dust comes off them as they are handled. Depends on the saw dust some fo them do not seem to burn too well. Will not be buying anymore
